John Carpenter was absolutely killing it in the 1980s. Escape from NY, The Thing, Christine, Big Trouble in Little China, They Live, etc. However, I’ve seen nobody talk about Carpenter’s work in the 1990s and 2000s. Did he fall off after the 80s? Are any of those movies worth watching? The movies: - Memoirs of an Invisible Man (1992) - In the Mouth of Madness (1995) - Village of the Damned (1995) - Escape from LA (1996) - Vampires (1998) - Ghosts of Mars (2001) - The Ward (2010)
